Refund Policy

Welcome to the WP ULike Pro Refund Policy. Below are the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for your purchase.

Eligible Refund Conditions

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Items That Have Not Been Downloaded
If you have not downloaded the purchased item within 1 month of the purchase date, you may request a refund. To verify your claim, please provide your purchase code.

2. Item is “Not as Described” or Doesn’t Function Correctly
If the item does not perform as described or is materially different from its product description or preview, we will work to resolve the issue by updating the item. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will be entitled to a refund.

3. Item Contains a Security Vulnerability
If the item contains a security vulnerability that cannot be promptly fixed, you will be entitled to a refund. In cases where the issue can be resolved, we will release an update. If the vulnerability is not addressed in a timely manner, a refund will be provided.


Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Subscription Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable. We will send a reminder prior to your renewal date, but it’s important to manage your subscription. If you decide not to continue, please ensure you cancel before the renewal date to avoid any charges. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out!

Customer Responsibility: Refunds are not applicable if the item functions as described, but:

  • You no longer need the item after downloading.
  • The item does not meet your personal expectations.
  • You purchased the item by mistake or changed your mind.
  • You are unable to use the item due to a lack of expertise.

Additional Notes

  • All refunds are at the sole discretion of WP ULike Pro.
  • Accounts involved in chargebacks may be closed without further notice.
