What happens to buttons created in the free version after I upgrade?
WP ULike Pro is an extension of free version. After you upgrade to Pro, you continue just where you left off, without any interruptions.
In fact, you’ll be able to leverage those buttons using the Pro features.
Is WP ULike compatible with multisite?
Yes.
However, for WP ULike Pro, If you have a subdomain or domain name per site (aka domain mapping), you will need an additional license for each one. If you use subfolders, one license is sufficient.
Note: You must enable WP ULike Pro separately on each site within your network. Do not network-activate.
Does WP ULike Pro run on websites hosted by wordpress.com?
Yes, if you have a Business or eCommerce plan on WordPress.com, you can install WP ULike PRO on your websites.
If you have opted for a Personal or Premium plan, you cannot add WP ULike PRO or other plugins to your websites.

What happens when the license expires?
You will receive an email offering you to renew your license at a discounted price. This ensures that you will continue to receive plugin updates and access to support.
WP ULike Pro will continue to operate even without updating.
How long does a license last?
We have two main purchase plans. One is annual and the other is lifetime. If you have purchased an annual plan, after 1 year, WP Ulike will continue to run without any problems.
However, you will not be able to use the support or update the plugin.
Licenses can be renewed at a discounted rate.
Nulled Versions of WP ULike Pro aren’t free.
We never offer free trials. So when you search for a free version of our plugin, you may end up mistakenly downloading a nulled version of our plugin. A nulled plugin is a premium plugin released freely by some people. We do not recommend downloading these as they content contain potential malware or some other type of malicious code bundled in the plugin itself. Downloading a free version of WP ULike Pro could put your WordPress website at risk of attacks by hackers.
Our support team does not provide support for issues caused by nulled versions of WP ULike Pro. If you would like us to make your WordPress website more attractive and user-friendly, please consider purchasing an official copy of WP ULike Pro.
Can I transfer the WP ULike Pro license key from one domain to another?
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe & PayPal’s secure payment systems, which allows us to accept all kind of payments: credit cards or direct payment through a PayPal account.
Why is my payment rejected?
If you are paying via credit card, please make sure your bank allows overseas transactions.
For PayPal purchases, you must have a valid card linked to your account, as payments using online funds will not be accepted.
What are the rates of renewal?

Will my License renew automatically for annual plans?
Yes, by default the auto-renewal is enabled on your account so your License is automatically renewed every year, with a 30% discount.
How can I cancel the auto-renewal of my License?
Will I get an invoice?
For every transaction, an invoice will be generated and it can be downloaded from your WP ULike account, under the Billing tab. Next to each purchase, you will see the option to download the invoice in PDF format.
Can I upgrade a license after I have already purchased one?
Sure, you can upgrade at any time. You will only need to cover the price difference between your existing plan and the plan you are upgrading to, for the remaining period until your next license renewal.
