What does WP ULike do?
It adds like buttons (and with Pro, emoji reactions and star ratings) to your WordPress site, then shows you which content got reactions in a dashboard inside WordPress: top posts, today's activity, and when people react most.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Add a button, open Statistics, and read the reports. If you can use WordPress, you can use WP ULike. Pro adds more detail, but the basics are simple from day one.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is a full plugin: like buttons plus a useful dashboard (overview, top content, publish timing, and vote logs). Pro adds emoji reactions, star ratings, who reacted, top fans, countries, device reports, store reports, and premium button designs.
Will it slow down my site?
The buttons load light code on your pages and play nicely with caching. Reports use smart caching so your dashboard stays usable as vote data grows, including on busier sites.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Use shortcodes, blocks, or automatic placement on any standard WordPress theme. Pro also includes Elementor widgets if you use Elementor.
How do I get started?
Install the free plugin from WordPress.org, add a button, and open your dashboard. When you want emoji, stars, or the deeper reports, add Pro on top. Both plugins work together.
What's the difference between Personal, Business, and Agency?
Same full Pro plugin on every plan. The only difference is how many sites you can activate: 1, 5, or 25.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Flexible likes, emoji, and stars, the live customizer, who reacted, store reports, countries, and every other Pro feature are included on Personal, Business, and Agency.
Should I choose annual or lifetime?
Choose annual if you want a lower starting price and one year of updates and support. Choose lifetime if you prefer one payment for permanent access, updates, and support on your licensed sites. Both include the full Pro plugin.
Can I get a refund?

What happens when my annual license expires?
Your site keeps working, but updates and premium support pause until you renew. Renew anytime to restore access to new versions and help from our team.
Can I upgrade to more sites later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Personal to Business or Agency from your account area. You only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Do I need both the free and Pro plugins?
Yes. WP ULike Pro is an extension. It works alongside the free WP ULike plugin from WordPress.org. Both must be installed and active on your site.
Do I need both the free and Pro plugins?
Yes. Install the free plugin first, then add Pro with your license key. Both stay active together. Pro is not a replacement.

Will my existing votes and settings stay?
Yes. Nothing resets when you activate Pro. All your vote counts, settings, and history stay exactly where they are.
Do I need Pro for a dashboard?
No. The free plugin includes a real Statistics dashboard with overview stats, top content, growth tips, publish timing, and vote logs. Pro adds deeper reports like who reacted, countries, and store data, plus emoji and star buttons.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
That is the most common path. Run the free plugin until you are ready, then add Pro when you want richer reactions and the full picture.
